Terms and Conditions – Metro East Auto Spa

By booking a service or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services

Metro East Auto Spa provides mobile auto detailing services. Service availability, duration, and results may vary based on vehicle condition, weather, location, and other factors beyond our control.

All services are based on average vehicle condition. Heavily soiled vehicles, excessive pet hair, work vehicles, or vehicles requiring additional time may result in adjusted pricing or rescheduling.

Appointments and Scheduling

Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, safety concerns, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and vehicle details when booking.

Cancellations and No-Shows

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time.

Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment may result in the forfeiture of any booking deposit.

No-shows may result in loss of deposit and may require full payment for future bookings.

Payment

Payment terms vary by service. Some services may require a deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due upon completion of service.

Accepted payment methods will be communicated at booking. Payments are due at the time of service completion unless otherwise agreed upon.

Access and Work Area

Customers are responsible for ensuring reasonable access to the vehicle at the scheduled time, including keys if required and adequate space to work safely.

If a garage is required for a service, it must be accessible, enclosed, and safe. Failure to provide proper access may result in rescheduling or cancellation.

Weather Conditions

Certain services are weather-dependent. Metro East Auto Spa reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or limit services due to extreme temperatures, precipitation, or unsafe conditions.

Satisfaction and Limitations

While we take care to provide high-quality service, we cannot guarantee complete removal of all stains, odors, or imperfections.

By booking our services, you acknowledge that detailing may not fully restore surfaces to like-new condition.

Damage and Liability

Metro East Auto Spa is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, worn materials, faded paint, or interior defects.

Customers agree to notify us of any concerns immediately upon service completion so they may be addressed promptly.

Memberships and Maintenance Plans

Membership or maintenance plans include the services and frequency described at the time of purchase. Unused services do not roll over unless explicitly stated.

Plans renew automatically unless canceled. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period.

Use of this website does not guarantee service availability.

 

Changes to Terms
