Service Description
This service focuses on safely cleaning and protecting your vehicle’s exterior when weather and conditions allow. The Exterior Wash & Protect removes dirt, road film, and light salt residue while helping protect the paint between deeper details. Includes: • Exterior hand wash • Bug and road film removal • Light wheel and tire cleaning • Towel dry • Spray sealant for short-term protection Important Notes: Exterior service is weather-dependent. In colder months, an enclosed garage or above-freezing temperatures may be required. Heavy salt buildup, wheel wells, and undercarriage cleaning are not included.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may result in the forfeiture of the booking deposit plus an additional $10 fee. Reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment will not result in the forfeiture of the booking deposit, however they still come with the additional $10 fee If weather conditions make service unsafe or impractical, Metro East Auto Spa reserves the right to reschedule the appointment at no additional charge. No-shows may result in loss of deposit.
